MDP – Managerial Effectiveness

This MDP is intended to develop the potential of the new and middle level managers. It will help in building the effectiveness of these managers so that they can turn to be successful ones. The program starts with understanding of self and eventually equipping the participants with better response to their roles in the organization. This will help them to do the right things thereby improving the overall effectiveness of the organization. The participants will develop their communication, leadership, team building and conflict resolution skills.

Program Objective

The primary objective is to inculcate skills required to successfully manage an organization.

• Communication: Understanding Self, Transactional Analysis, personality, and communication, creating specific communication action plans
• Leadership, emergence of leader and effectiveness of Leaders
• Teams, building a diverse team, working in teams and team performance
• Conflict, its sources, confrontation and escalation and its resolution

Profile of Instructor

Dr. Nidhi Mathur is a Ph.D in Governance, she is UGC NET certified and has academic experience in the area of Organisational Behaviour and Public Administration. She is certified Thomas PPA-HJA Profiler and Emotional Intelligence Assessor. She holds a certification as HR Analytics Lead. Her interest area lies in Change Management, Communication and Negotiations, and HR Analytics.

Certification of Participation

A certificate of successful participation by IMT CDL will be issued to each participant at the conclusion of the program.
