Dr. Bharti Singh

Dr. Bharti Singh is a post graduate in economics and Ph. D. from the University of Lucknow.
She has teaching and research experience of over two and a half decade. She specializes in the areas of microeconomics, business environment and international business. She has worked with some premier institutes of the country. As a full time faculty at Avadh Girls’ Degree College, Lucknow, she served as Co-Dean of Studies, Advisor of Debating Club and Coordinator of Computer Studies. She launched the newsletter of IMS Group, while she worked at Institute of Management Studies, Ghaziabad.
She has served as a visiting faculty at Amity University, Noida and IILM Institute of Higher Education, New Delhi. Dr. Singh has supervised Ph. D.  candidates and dissertation work of post graduate students. She has research publications to her credit in national and international journals.
Her areas of research are development economics, environmental economics and consumer behaviour. She has compiled books for McGraw Hill education and authored a book on Managerial Economics. She has produced academic resources for distance education, like designing of course content and creation of AV recordings. Dr. Singh has received certification from Academic Staff College and is a certified faculty fellow from Microsoft. She has received expertise in preparation of learning material for distance education from IGNOU.
She has been associated with corporate trainings in the area of economics and business environment at prestigious public and private sector organisations like NTPC, THDC, Genpact, Ericsson, Hero Motocorp Ltd., American Express, RBS, Hindalco, Sopra Steria, Unichem Laboratories Ltd. and Sunlife.
